In order to obtain the best results, our chain plating machine is used. The rotating drum allows an absolutely uniform coating, which significantly improves corrosion resistance. The constant movement of the chain links prevents them from “sticking” to each other. In the dipping process, they would “stick” to each other and then separate again, which would negatively affect both the corrosion protection and the final coating itself.
